Success in the session: Organizational change management and value contribution

Marcela Mule has held the session based on “Organizational change management and value contribution.”

More than 30 managers have shared their experiences and have done practical work regarding their organizations, looking at their problems and searching for solutions to those problems in order to make changes in their companies.

The meeting also provided extensive information on the best practices carried out by the leading companies and the aspects which they value most, both workers and employers, in the workplace.
