Intangibles have become an essential element for an increasing number of companies, especially now that we are faced with a complex context and the need to move towards models based on innovation, new technologies and knowledge.
In this session we will highlight the importance and what must be taken into account in the event of a possible international negotiation in which these types of assets are involved.
Registered Lawyer nº19,968 at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and Industrial Property Agent; she has been dedicated to the area of Industrial and Intellectual Property for 25 years. She focuses her professional activity, nationally and internationally, on the practice of Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, whether in a pre-contentious or contentious field before Courts, as well as in the contractual aspect of intangible assets. She has participated assiduously as a teacher or speaker in different educational centers and legal forums. She has received recognition from the international publication The Best Lawyers as the Best Lawyer in Spain in the specialty of Intellectual Property Law. Likewise, she is an accredited advisor by Acció-Generalitat de Catalunya.
