DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Barcelona, July 12, 2019. Beauty Business School, Creativialab and VPV (Visibility at the Point of Sale) have organized a session focused on the digital transformation of the customer journey at the point of sale. This session has tried to conceptualize the different strategies applied in the creation of consumer experience at the point of sale, the product and the space.

During the day also attendees have been able to know what technological components can help at the point of sale, to achieve a necessary engagement with different targets and promote the creation of a consolidated community around the brand.

Finally, the professionals present have been able to measure the importance of the techniques that allow the strategic management of the brand (Branding) and the emotions that it transmits to the target and potential publics.
