China: as the cosmetic showcase

Barcelona, December 3, 2019. Beauty Cluster Barcelona has organized a meeting about the situation and expectation of cosmetics market in China. They have attended more than 100 professionals interested in knowing business opportunities offered by the Asian giant, the necessary tools to make the commercial strategy become a success and the regulatory registration process of cosmetic products.
During the session, was highlight the importance of knowing perfectly the profile of chinese consumer: demanding young people belonging to millennial and Z generation, digital ambassadors and accustomed to travel the main European cities of consumption. Their shopping preferences are high-end products dedicated to skin care and perfumes. Natural-based products, cosmeceuticals, feminine intimate care, men’s care or beauty tech are a trend. The changes in the registration process, more focused on post-marketing, closed the day.
