February 22, 2018. The workshop on Emotional Salary in Business was held, organized by the Beauty Cluster Barcelona in collaboration with the Beauty Business School and directed by Marcela B. Mulé Gatto, Organizational Psychologist.
The meeting was attended by 15 professionals from different companies in the beauty sector, interested in knowing and developing the concept of emotional salary, the basis for its implementation in the company and the benefits it entails both individually and collectively.
During the training the participants have been divided into discussion groups to propose and define tools for the development of this concept at an organizational level.
