Barcelona, November 9th, 2018. – Beauty Cluster Barcelona and 15 other Catalan clusters have travelled this week to New York to attend the VIII Strategic Training Week, an initiative organized by ACCIÓ. The objective of this activity is to explore and promote alliances between different business sectors in the USA. and Catalans.
The BCB has taken advantage of its assistance to meet with different distributors of cosmetics and perfumery in the USA. In addition, it has had different meetings with business associations such as Cosmetics Executive Women or the organizers of the luxury packaging fair, Lux Pack.
Participants have also received specialized training in the field of cluster strategy and development from professors at the Universities of Columbia and Cornell, as well as one of the founders of TCI Network, a network specialized in supporting clusters.
